Treasury Funding

ESG is a source of funding for Pratt-registered clubs and activities. All undergraduate students registered in Pratt can apply for funding, whether it is representing your club or for personal/group projects. Our major yearly funding round happens throughout September. There will be an application released early September directly to club leaders. To check whether or not your club is on the club funding list, please click here. To get onto the ESG club funding list, please fill out this form.

Club Funding

2024-2025

If you are in a club and would like to utilize your ESG funding, please email this year's Deputy Treasurer Aayush Kashyap at aayush.kashyap@duke.edu by clicking the button below and CC the president of your club. He will transfer the correct amount of money back to your club's fund code, which will show up within a few weeks.

Additionally, please note that ESG funds awarded from previous years do NOT roll over to your budget for this school year. Likewise, funding from this school year will NOT roll over to your budget for next year. This means that if your club would like to utilize the funds allocated by ESG, any purchase must be made before the end of this school year on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2024, at 11:59pm.

Personal Project Funding

If you are an undergraduate Pratt student who is trying to fund for a project/group that is not registered as a club, please reach out to us to help you get started on your project. These projects can get up to $2,000 in funding for engineering-based, not-for-class endeavors that help enrich your understanding and undergraduate experience. Please email dennis.dale@duke.edu or emily.shao@duke.edu to ask about this opportunity!
